It all began in 1880 when Adriano, the founder of Ramos Pinto, undertook to market Port wine in Brazil. Innovative and ambitious, he did not hesitate to use his skills as a negotiator to develop this fine house, promoting the quality of the wines made in the Douro region. Today, Ramos Pinto spans four quintas:

• Quinta da Urtiga
• Quinta dos Bons Ares
• Quinta de Ervamoira

Still with the same quest for excellence that has remained intact since the 19^th century, they enable the production of sublime Port wines, Douro wines, and a brandy.
