Nous avons adoré notre visite ! Le lieu est absolument magnifique et plein de charme. La visite est très agréable, intéressante et parfaitement organisée. Les caves sont impressionnantes, avec leurs grands fûts et leur atmosphère authentique qui nous plongent dans l’histoire du vin de Porto. Le moment de la dégustation a été un véritable coup de cœur : pouvoir déguster un verre au milieu du parc, entourés de magnifiques rosiers et avec une vue splendide, est une expérience unique et très agréable. Un endroit magnifique, paisible et incontournable lors d’un séjour à Porto. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir. 🍷🌹✨😊

이 10shake it들 동양인 차별합니다. 그 얘기 쓰러 왔는데 리뷰에도 있네요. 테이스팅 하러 정원에 들어가서 서버한테 그냥 앉으면 될 지 자리 안내받기를 기더려야 할 지 물어봤는데 난데없이 투어를 마치고 오랍니다. 영어 발음이 안좋아서 못 알아듣고 자리 잡으러 가니까 또 투어 끝내고 오라고 소리 지르더니, 투어 했다니까 갑자기 티켓을 보여달라고 티켓 검사 합니다ㅡㅡ 입구 근처에 앉아서 들어오는 사람들 다 봤는데 티켓 검사는 저만 하네요. 왜? 그들은 서양인이고 난 칭챙총이니까ㅋ 와인 테이스팅도 어떤 와인인지 볼 틈도 없이 후루룩 따르고 설명 개대충하고 초콜릿 페어링 신청했는데 뭘 어떤 와인이랑 먹을지 설명도 안하고 그냥 던져놓고 갔어요. 비싼 돈 내고 기분 제대로 잡치네요. 투어도 오디오가이드라 재미 1도 없고 한국어 가이드 있긴한데 말투가 희안해서 집중하기 힘들었어요. 끝나고 그러함스 와인 사왔습니다ㅋ VERY DISAPPOINTING experience. When I arrived for the wine tasting, I asked a staff member whether I could sit down or needed to wait to be seated. Instead of giving a clear answer, he literally yelled at me to finish the tour, when I clearly just walked out of it. After I told him I had already completed the tour, I was suddenly asked to show my ticket. I was sitting near the entrance and watched other guests arrive, yet I did not see anyone else being asked for their ticket. I was the only one. As an Asian visitor, it was difficult not to feel singled out. The wine tasting was rushed, with minimal explanation(more likely none) of the wines. I paid extra and booked the chocolate pairing, but no explains about which chocolate paired with which wine—he simply threw them off and left. He was very rude whole time. For the price, the service was poor and the experience left a very negative impression. The tour itself was just an audio guide and not particularly engaging. There are plenty of other wineries in Porto. Go there.

I have been to Taylors in Porto two years ago and had a lovely time with no hassle. This time was totally different from the moment we arrived at the reception desk due to the attitude of the receptionist. She needs to upgrade her attitude towards the people paying for their tour. She wasn't very welcoming and after we walked into the first section and were discussing the items in the cases, we were told by the receptionist to be QUITE!!!!! At this point I would have walked out, but I had recommend Taylors to rest of my friends. I was annoyed and we continued with the tour. I will not be recommending Taylors to anyone in the future.
