Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art and Archaeology MASA - Museu Diocesano de Arte Sacra e Arqueologia

 The museum specialises in sculpture, and preserves a remarkable gallery known in the past as the "slate corridor". Alongside them are magnificent paintings, old manuscripts, jewellery, vestments and religious ornaments. All these treasures are housed in the 17th-century wing of the former Jesuit College of São Lourenço.
