This Museum of Sacred Art was built in 1930 by Archbishop D. Manuel Vieira de Matos in the former 18th century Casa Do Cabido. Ceramics, furniture, jewelry, textiles, the precious collections are exhibited all year round at the museum, in the historic center of Porto. Invaluable pieces are preserved, such as ceremonial clothing from the 16th century or a portable organ from the 12th century.
