Even so, it retains a particular, almost solemn aura, which Francisca Lobão —the soul and guardian of this project—has interpreted with rare sensitivity. With the devotion of someone who deeply believes in what she does, she took advantage of the iconic elements that the building preserved and added others, chosen with intelligence and respect, accentuating its unique character. The result is an absolutely original wine bar that has become a landmark and has marked the city's cultural landscape.
