We went to reception to find out the price for the factory tour, and we thought it was excessive at €20 per person, so we decided not to go in. We went to the chocolate and coffee shop, where we had two small truffles, a tiny chocolate, and a latte, and it cost €8.50. We didn't buy anything in the shop because everything was very expensive. The shop is very nice, as are the bathrooms.

We were carried away more by our passion for chocolate than by the negative reviews... and we were wrong!!!! We're talking about the experience we had with Eliana and Fabia. We thought we'd have a guide who would explain everything to us, but instead we found a receptionist deep in a conversation on the phone. She threw us two free chocolates and showed us the entrance... not bad, I'd say!!! There are audio guides in only four languages, so we wandered around trying to understand what was written on the walls. The only fun part was the end, with the open production and tasting of three types of chocolate. The shop at the end is nice, but it's definitely not worth the entrance fee.
