  The staff were very kind, welcoming, and made us feel at home. As a new Hilton Honors member, I really appreciated the special welcome letter left in our room with congratulations, and the complimentary access to the spa was a lovely touch. The room was clean, and the outdoor pool had a live DJ in the evenings which created a great vibe. Right next to the hotel, there was a wine garden where we enjoyed a free tasting voucher. Breakfast and the restaurant were also very good. On the downside, the room didn’t have a special view. At check-in, we were charged a two-night deposit that was supposed to be adjusted on the final bill, but instead the full amount was charged and the deposit was only returned after six days. What bothered me the most, however, was that the carpet in the room was quite dirty, and some of the sunbeds by the pool (both indoor and outdoor) were also not very clean.
